Thank you again. See you next time

In reading the description, it noted next day shipping if the design was approved by 5pm. Ordered on the 14th, approval of the proof didn't come in until the 15th at 7:29am Central time, I approved it as soon as I got the email. Shipping label wasn't created until the 18th The delivery said expected between the 19-24th I didn't receive the item by the time it gave nor did I receive it in time for the event which was a bummer. Knowing that it wasn't even shipped out until the 20th was a big bummer for me. I didn't receive the items until yesterday - the 27th. But all in all the quality was beautiful and it was exactly what I ordered. The shipping was literally the only reason that I gave 3 stars. The product itself was wonderful and I give the product itself 5 stars because it was exactly what I ordered.

Picture came out darker than the image I gave them
