Best stickers Definitely ordering again

My creation had a background added when I uploaded the image and I briefly asked that the sticker took the white outline rather than the black square outline and they didn’t even blink an eye about what I was referring to. Also, they let me know one of their machines were down so production was slightly delayed which I appreciated the communication. Communication is missed in today’s world of customer service and they did not miss. Thank you!!! I will be ordering again in the future.

The listing says next day shipping. Not true. I ordered my stickers 3 weeks before I needed them, they didn’t get to me till the last week. I messaged the seller multiple time and I got an automated response, never a person. Luckily the quality was as expected, so I would order again, but don’t order if you need them soon. Order in advance.

The stickers turned out pretty good but I chose to purchase to this seller because how its says on everything "SHIPS NEXT DAY" so I approved my proof and everything and a couple of business days go by. I then get an automated message that the machine needed maintenance. Okay thats fine, i'm understanding. My product still didn't ship for over another week. I also saw that many have had the same issue. If I were the seller I would just remove the Ships Next Day from the listing. Also, I love buying from etsy to purchase from small business, I just didn't like the automatic replies. But the stickers did turn out okay.

I loved the stickers! They look better than expected. But the shipping was delayed by 2 weeks and all I got was a generic response from the seller which sent me into a panic. Fortunately, they still got here in time for my event, so overall, I'm happy.
