thanks! just what I needed!

I’ve been ordering from lily llama for a while now and I absolutely love their work. But their customer service- not so much. I placed a re-order on my most previous order of 3 inch stickers and I got 2 inches. They insisted that’s what I ordered. After explaining that I placed as a reorder from my usual orders, and this must’ve been a mistake I figured they’d understand and help out in some way. But they were adamant that it was my fault and not much of help. Also their shipping has been upsetting lately as well. They don’t have a fast turn around time like they say, even when I pay the most expensive shipping method possible.
