This is a great business! What a treasure! Such great product quality. I am very pleased.

While the quality of the items was great, I wanted to share some honest feedback regarding the shipping process. The site advertises next-day shipping, but that’s a bit misleading. In reality, your proof must be approved by 5 PM (assuming it’s sent to you promptly), and only after that does the printing process begin. Shipping happens the day after printing—meaning even with paid two-day shipping, the total turnaround time can end up being 3 to 5 days or longer. Additionally, the company does not make it clear that they have scheduled maintenance days, which can further delay your order. When I reached out with concerns, I was simply advised to “order well in advance.” Overall, while the product quality is solid, I’d caution others to plan well ahead of time and not rely on the “next day shipping” claim.
